Earlier this week we showed you a brawl in the parking lot at Little Rock, now we have video of a frat boy fight between Sigma Nu and SAE at a tailgate this past weekend. Note that uber hardo rock soundtrack! Also, the frat boys in suits. Who the hell tailgates in suits?

Here’s the video. These frat boy fights are hilarious because it’s a bunch of people yelling and pushing each other without much ever happening.

Also, one more thing: Notice all the Croakie-wearing southern gentlemen in PFGs. Is there anything more douchey than wearing PFGs when you’re not on the water with a fishing rod in your hand? Can this terrible fratty fashion trend just die already?

Americans for Safe Access did, and what they found is pretty astonishing.

The publication basically coaches cops how to trick legal patients into cooperating, rolling over and consenting to searches.

“You are more than likely to get cooperation from qualified patients if you use soft words,” the association says. “These people will normally talk to you.”

The drug-cop article suggests threatening suspects with the fact that they could lose their jobs for being high at work:

It gets even worse still.

The association also appears to argue that if a subject discloses that they are legit medical cannabis patients, that might even be enough to search a vehicle or at least try to lead the person to consent.

Remember, cops in California have never been big fans of medical marijuana. The California Police Chiefs Association was behind a bill, blocked in the state legislature, that wanted to dictate what kind of doctors could recommend marijuana. The proposal also once sought to outlaw concentrates.

Here’s a homeowner’s worst nightmare, a guy they’re calling the “Front Lawn Pooper,” popped a squat right in the front yard of some poor soul’s house.

The homeowner somehow seemed to have a good sense of humor about it though saying, “I don’t know much about dogs, but dogs do it on the grass, this was in the dirt…and it’s huge.”

I also love how he cleverly suggests the man be arrested for “Illegal Dumping.”
