Even though states like Colorado and Washington have legalized marijuana for medical and recreational purposes, the so-called war on drugs continues to ruin lives across our nation on a daily basis.

Back in December of 2012, the cops from Riverside County Sheriff’s Department in California wanted to make sure your kids were safe from drugs while attending classes at Temecula Valley High School, Rancho Vista Continuation High School and Chaparral High School, so they conducted an undercover operation in hopes of ensnaring some of the world’s most dangerous drug criminals.

The result?

Well, as it turns out, most kids are smarter than cops give them credit for, so it was necessary to entrap kids that they felt weren’t as sharp as the bank president’s son or the captain of the cheerleading squad (even though these types of kids usually have the best dope on campus).

So they targeted students with poor grade point averages and special needs like Jesse Snodgrass from Chaparral High, who suffers with autism.

Two undercover cops posed as students for the operation in an attempt to befriend actual students in hopes of buying illicit substances from them for entrapment purposes. (Let’s just call it what it is.)

This intelligent plan was very effective. (Blatant sarcasm.)

The oinkers were able to trap a total of 22 students from the three schools involved into selling them small amounts of illegal drugs including heroin, LSD, ecstasy, cocaine, methamphetamines, prescription drugs and the 0.6 grams of weed that they tricked Jesse into selling them.

It would be one thing if the cops were called in to investigate the schools due to an excessive amount of illegal activity, but that wasn’t the case.

If it were, they wouldn’t have had to target the underprivileged and those with special needs.

Nope. These intelligent agents went for the easiest prey they could locate just to fulfill arrest quotas.

Jesse doesn’t even smoke weed!

He had to go off campus to score a sad little sack of pot for who he thought was his friend.

Is this the kind of world you want to raise your kids in?

One where they could be manipulated by trained professional scum to sell them drugs that they don’t even use only to have their lives ruined?

It’s way past the time for change in this country regarding our federal drug laws.

Become actively involved on a grass roots level and help bring an end to the stupidity that is the war on innocent citizens of the United States.
