Best Performance Of The Night Goes To Nicki Minaj.
Just… wow. Nicki Minaj’s ‘Anaconda’ performance at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards was her sexiest and wildest live performance ever! It intro’d her new song, ‘Bang Bang’ with such an intense twerking performance, it put Miley Cyrus to shame!
Nicki Minaj, 31, is the undisputed queen of memorable performances, but this one takes the cake. The sexy rapper’s VMA performance on Aug. 24 will NEVER be forgotten! From twerking on the floor of the stage, to having one of her dancers grinding on top of her — this was probably the Miley Cyrus-twerking performance of the night.

Just one month ago, Nicki premiered the song’s single cover. She rocked a teeny-tiny thong in the cover photo! Then, we saw Nicki give rapper Drake, 27, a very sexy lap dance in the “Anaconda” music video’s teaser. Next, Nicki dropped the song’s video — and it was crazy sexy and amazing! Nicki left very little to the imagination in the vid.
And now… we have the performance to add to Nicki’s “Anaconda” antics. During Nicki’s first major live performance of the show, she remixed her song with Sir Mix-A-Lot’s “Big Butts,” which let’s just say –it’s fitting.

Rumor has it that on Friday, Aug. 22, a six foot snake bit one of Nicki’s backup dancers during VMA practice performance of “Anaconda.” Nicki kept her performance details a secret, but she always wanted to use snake’s for her “Anaconda” debut, according to TMZ. Their report claims that the dancer had to be taken to the hospital after the snake bite!
