- Cornerback Byron Jones Just Crushed The NFL Combine Broad Jump Record, May Have Set A World Record As I like to do every so often here, today I’ve gathered up a collection of Tumblr’s greatest hits, aka the funniest things ever shared on Tumblr. Sometimes there ate just one-off jokes, sometimes they’re threads of genius, and other times they’re perfectly placed zingers. Regardless of the timing or context, you can be assured that they’re the funniest things ever shared on Tumblr. For those of you that haven’t seen this before, this is something I used to post every Monday at 4pm over on Guyism, and this post will now live here on BroBible each Monday at the same time.. You should also follow me on Twitter HERE, @Guyism HERE, and like us on Facebook HERE if you see any of these ‘best of Tumblr’ posts you think should be included, that way you can pass them along my way and I’ll include them here.

Former UConn cornerback Byron Jones just pulled off an astounding 12-foot-3 inch broad jump at the NFL Combine. The remarkable leap bested the previous mark by eight inches and may actually be the greatest broad jump of all-time.
This is an important skill for a defensive back to have when trying to pass the final test of faith on the way to find the Holy Grail.
Jones also turned in the second-best vertical jump at the scouting fest (44.5 inches).
Sadly, he wasn’t considered a top prospect coming in because of that pesky football-playing component.
I just tried the broad jump in the office and got about six feet, plus I hurt my knee so this is still damn impressive.
